Therapy for burned-out executives and entrepreneurs

Restore focus, follow-through, and emotional steadiness through executive functioning therapy and burnout recovery.

What I Help With:

Leadership Systems:

boundaries, decision fatigue, delegation, communication under stress

Focus & Follow-through:

task initiation, planning, prioritizing, time blindness, consistency

Burnout Recovery:

less procrastination, less task avoidance

My approach: solution-focused, skills-based, and structured

I do not provide open-ended talk therapy. I provide solution-focused therapy that is practical, structured, and action-oriented.

Sessions are built around three things:

  • A clear goal for the week (what you need to improve right now)

  • Skill-building + education (executive functioning, burnout physiology, nervous system tools)

  • Homework that fits your real life (simple, specific, and designed to create momentum)

This is therapy for people who want results, not endless processing.

What sessions are like

Most sessions

include:

  • a quick check-in (what worked, what didn’t)

  • targeted coaching-style therapy on one problem

  • a strategy you can use immediately

  • a short practice plan (“homework”) that we refine over time

Middle managers are the backbone of organizations. They are responsible for communicating goals from executives and leading the implementation of tasks.  Essentially, middle managers connect the overall organizational strategy and collaborate across functions to get work done. Clinical supervisors have an extra layer of responsibility in maintaining consumer care and managing vicarious trauma risk to their staff. Our middle-manager supervision services are for licensed clinical social workers who need extra support in their new leadership roles. Supervision topics include managing up and managing down; clinical supervision boundaries, and cultural differences in supervision.
