Ebony Davis is the Lead Consultant at Butler & Davis Consulting with over 15 years in project management, training, technical assistance, behavioral health, and working with high-risk populations. She is a graduate from the University of MD, Baltimore County with a BA in Psychology. She is also a graduate of the Univ. of Southern California where she received her Masters in both Social Work and Public Admin.
